In Saman’s own words
01

What are you doing now?

I am currently working as a QA Analyst at AI Marklabs (full-time). My role involves designing and executing test cases, identifying and documenting defects, performing functional, regression, and cross-browser testing, and working closely with developers to make sure web applications are stable, user-friendly, and ready for release.

02

How did you get your first job or client, and how long did it take?

After completing my Web Development course, I focused on strengthening my skills and building a portfolio of my own projects. I then started applying and preparing for interviews, and within one month I was hired as a QA Analyst at AI Marklabs. My web development background gave me a real advantage: because I understand HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and how front-end and back-end work together, I can test applications more effectively, trace issues to their root cause, and write clear, reproducible bug reports that developers can fix quickly.

03

How did AI Sanctuary help you in your journey?

AI Sanctuary gave me a strong technical foundation in web development through practical, hands-on learning. Sir Farhan guided me step by step and explained concepts clearly. Working on real projects taught me how applications are built, structured, and delivered, which is exactly the knowledge a QA professional needs to understand what to test and where bugs are likely to appear. The course also built my discipline, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and professional mindset, all of which helped me start my career with confidence.

ADVICE
04 · What advice would you give to new students?
“Stay consistent and practice regularly. Don’t just watch the lessons; build your own projects.”

Practical work is what truly makes you skilled. Learn how things work behind the scenes, since that understanding opens doors to many roles, including QA, development, and project management. Don’t be afraid to start small, because every role is a chance to learn and grow. Build your portfolio and CV early, stay connected with your mentors, and keep learning new tools and technologies. Hard work and patience always pay off.

Do you still need support in anything?

I am working and happy with my progress, Alhamdulillah. However, I would always welcome guidance in career growth and skill development, especially in areas like test automation and advanced QA practices.
